Our brand “nebu” symbolises an unfinished nebula - an incomplete life, an ongoing journey and a journey of exploration. We first launched in 2020 as a Hong Kong snack and gift box brand. All our products are handmade, fresh, and do not contain any preservatives. We continually update our recipes to cater to our customers ever-changing preferences and ensure our products are always exciting and innovative! Our main product, "Snow Flake Crisp" uses nebu nougat as the base ingredient, along with biscuit, almonds, cranberries, and other various flavors. All these ingredients are mixed together using a specialised shaping and rolling process to ensure we achieve an optimal level of thickness. Snow Flake Crisp can either be given as a special gift or shared amongst family and friends. The rich texture is crispy but not too sticky, thus making it a perfect treat for all. It will set your taste buds alight!
