CrossFitters: join us for a benchmark workout, ‘Grace’, dressed in your best pink attire. Will this be the biggest Pink Grace WOD of all time? Get involved and find out. Plus get your hands on a host of resources and leave armed with knowledge about breast cancer.

Get ready to join the Hong Kong Harbour Runners for a vibrant Pink Neon Run around Kai Tak. After a 3-4km run we’ll get together at Asphodel House for a short CrossFit workout to finish the night. Let’s light up the streets and get fitter while supporting a great cause!
