【“In Time of: Sports Date @ The Mills”: Workshop Terms and Conditions*】 

 
1. By participating in the Workshop, each participant shall be deemed to have made the following Participant’s Declaration:  

I hereby declare and confirm that I am healthy, physically fit and suitable to participate in this Workshop.  I hereby waive any claim or cause of action against and release from liability, Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited, the Workshop organizer, any of their group companies and/or their respective agents/representatives, for any liability for injuries to person, death and damage to property arising from my participation in this Workshop. 

2.This Workshop E-ticket is only usable at the Workshop Date and Time. 

3.This Workshop E-ticket can be used once only. “NF Touch” members (“Members”) must arrive at the Workshop Location 15 minutes before the starting time and present this Workshop E-ticket to attend the Workshop. Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited, any of its group companies and/or their respective agents (collectively, “Nan Fung”) and/or the Workshop organizer (“Organizer”) reserve the right to disqualify late Members from attending the Workshop. This Workshop E-ticket will be forfeited automatically upon use or expiry. Printed copies or screen shots images will not be accepted. 

4.This Workshop E-ticket can only be used by the Member. The staff of Nan Fung or the Organizer may require participants to provide identification document(s) and/or other personal data (including but not limited to their name) for verification of their identities. If a participant refuses to provide the requisite information, Nan Fung and the Organizer reserve the right to disqualify the participant from attending the Workshop. Before providing any personal data, participants must thoroughly read and accept the Personal Information Collection Statement of Nan Fung. 

5.Participants must follow the instructions of the staff of Nan Fung and the Organizer during the Workshop. Participants should wear proper sportswear. The Organizer may provide certain equipment for borrowing (subject to availability). Participants shall pay the relevant rental fees (if any) and comply with the relevant terms of use. 

6.The Workshop (including all the equipment (if any)) is organized/provided by a third-party service provider. Nan Fung gives no guarantee or warranty in relation to the Workshop, relevant materials, finished products and services and shall have no liability in any event for any loss or damage related to any aspect thereof, including but not limited to the quality or usage. This Workshop E-ticket cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or traded for cash, other products, gifts or services for any reason (including the absence of the Member from the Workshop). 

7.Members attend this Workshop on a voluntary basis. Nan Fung and the Organizer shall have no liability and shall not be held responsible or liable for any complaints, claims, loss or damage related to the Workshop whatsoever. 

8.Participants are not allowed to record sound or video during the Workshop. 

9.This Workshop E-ticket is invalid and not replaceable or refundable if lost or found defaced or damaged. 

10.Members shall be responsible for their safety and the safety of their own personal belongings. Members shall not cause any danger, injuries or nuisance, etc. to others or the property of others. Nan Fung shall not be responsible or liable for any injuries or damage/loss of property caused by the participation in the Workshop or use of the Workshop E-ticket, and Members shall be solely responsible for all such liabilities, claims, demands and/or compensation. 

11.The Workshop may be photographed and/or video-recorded by Nan Fung for promotion usage. Participants agree to be photographed or video-recorded during the process. 

12.All pictures are for reference only. 

13.Nan Fung reserves the right to change the date and time of the Workshop without prior notice. 

14.The Workshop and Workshop E-ticket are subject to these terms and conditions, the “In Time of: Sports Date @ The Mills” Campaign Terms & Conditions (found at https://www.nftouch.com.hk/tnc), NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions at (https://www.nftouch.com.hk/tnc) and any other terms and conditions prescribed by Nan Fung from time to time. 

15.Nan Fung is entitled to deal with any Workshop E-tickets at its absolute discretion at any time without prior notice or compensation.  

16.Nan Fung reserves the right to void the Workshop E-ticket(s) of any Member who is considered by Nan Fung as violating any law or any of the applicable terms and conditions or for any other reasons. 

17.Use of this Workshop E-ticket and participation in the Workshops will all be deemed to be the acceptance of these terms and conditions, including the Participant’s Declaration, by the Member.  

18.In case of dispute, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision on all related matters. 

19.The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions. 

20.These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of Hong Kong and all relevant parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
