【“Halloween Pumpkin Carving Workshop” (“Workshop”) Terms and Conditions】

1. The date, time, venue, number of attendees and structure of the Workshop may be changed or the Workshop may be canceled for any reason without prior notice or compensation. Please pay attention to any notices on the Facebook page of AIRSIDE or at the relevant venue.
2. The Workshop is subject to these terms and conditions, the NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions found in the “NF Touch” app (“NF Touch App”) and other applicable terms and conditions.
3. E-tickets for the Workshop can only be purchased by members of “NF Touch” (“Member”) via the NF Touch App or AIRSIDE website. 
4. Payment for an e-ticket must be made by one of the prescribed online payment methods. Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited (“Nan Fung”) may change the prescribed online payment methods at any time without notice.
5. Members shall be responsible for reviewing and confirming that all the information, including but not limited to name of the e-ticket, date and time, the amounts, and payment information, are true, accurate and complete before making the payment. Any discounts, deductions, coupons and privileges shall be applied before making the payment. Making the payment shall mean that the Member accepts all items, details, dates, times and amounts and no amendment requests will be entertained (including any requests for changing the applicable date and time slot of the e-ticket). All fees and liabilities arising out of a purchase made under a Member’s name are the Member’s sole responsibility.
6. All payments will be processed by third party payment service provider(s). Members shall understand that their credit card/payment information may be stored with third party payment service provider(s) upon confirmation of the order information and payment. To the extent permitted by law, Nan Fung and/or its affiliates will not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect and consequential loss) suffered by Members by reason of (i) any failure, delay, interruption, suspension or any other restriction affecting their online payment; (ii) any errors, malfunctions or breakdown of their bank’s payment mechanism; or (iii) any other matter arising out of, or in connection with, the online payment system.
7. Members must ensure that there are sufficient funds on the credit card or their relevant payment account to fulfil payment of an order. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates will not bear any responsibility in any case of failure of order placement caused by insufficient funds.
8. Successfully purchased e-ticket(s) will be added to the Member’s NF Touch e-wallet.  The e-tickets are subject to the “Halloween Pumpkin Carving Workshop” E-Ticket Terms and Conditions (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/tnc) and other applicable terms and conditions. 
9. The e-ticket(s) can only be used by the Member. 
10. Members should complete registration at the Workshop venue for participating in the Workshop at least 15 minutes before the commencement of the applicable period for their e-tickets. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall not be responsible for making any arrangement or compensation for any loss of time. 
11. All e-tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. 
12. Each participant of the Workshop (“Participant”) must follow the instructions of the staff of Nan Fung and the relevant organizer (if any) in the conduct of the Workshop. The Organizer will provide the materials and tools for borrowing, Participants can take away the finished products made by themselves.
13. Participants shall be aged 5 to 12 and shall be accompanied by one (1) his/her parent or legal guardian over the age of 18.
14. All procedures must be completed in accordance with the instructions of the staff of Nan Fung. The staff of Nan Fung may require Participants to provide identification document(s) and/or other personal data (including but not limited to their name and/or payment/credit card information) for verification of the Participant’s eligibility, payment purposes and/or for internal administrative and auditing purposes.  If a Participant refuses to provide the requisite information, Nan Fung reserves the right to refuse carrying out procedures for the Participant or to disqualify the Participant from the Workshop or any part thereof. Before providing any personal data, Participants must thoroughly read and accept the Personal Information Collection Statement and the Privacy Policy of Nan Fung (please refer to the NF Touch App).
15. Participants must ensure that any information they submit is genuine and correct.
16. The Workshops (including all materials and tools) are organized/provided by third-party service provider(s).  Nan Fung and/or its affiliates give no guarantee or warranty in relation to the Workshops (including the activities, facilities, relevant materials, finished products and services) and shall have no liability in any event for any direct or indirect loss or damage related to any aspect thereof, including but not limited to the accuracy, quality or usage.  Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall have no liability and shall not be held responsible or liable for any complaints, claims, loss or damage related to the Workshops whatsoever.
17. In no event shall Nan Fung and/or its affiliates be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature or causes beyond their reasonable control including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, shortages of labour or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God or delays or non-performance by third parties.
18. The Workshop may be subject to delays, errors or omissions resulting from technical issues such as problems with machines, servers or networks, etc., Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall have no liability and shall not be held liable for any delays, errors, omissions and/or any loss and/or damage in connection therewith.
19. All e-tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or traded for cash, other products, gifts or services for any reason. 
20. Participants agree that their participation in the Workshop is at their own risk. Participants shall be responsible for their safety and the safety of their accompanying person(s) (including any children) and their respective personal belongings. Participants shall not cause any danger, injuries or nuisance, etc. to others or the property of others. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall not be responsible or liable for any illness, injuries or damage/loss of property (including but not limited to liabilities, claims, demands or damages actual or consequential, disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected) caused by the Workshop (including the finished product) or the use of the e-tickets tickets, and Participants shall be solely responsible for all such risks, liabilities, claims, demands and/or damages. If a Participant designates another person to participate in any activity of the Workshop (subject to the approval of Nan Fung and the organizer) (“Designated Person”), the Participant shall be solely responsible for all such liabilities, claims, demands and/or damages arising out of or in connection with any act, default, neglect or omission of the Designated Person (including but not limited to liabilities, claims, demands or damages actual or consequential, disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected), as if he/she were the Designated Person.
21. The Workshop may be photographed and/or video-recorded by Nan Fung and/or its affiliates. Participants agree to be photographed or video-recorded during the process and agree to Nan Fung and/or its affiliates’ use (including dissemination or publication) of such photographs and videos in any manner for commercial or promotion purposes.
22. All images are for reference only.
23. The Workshop may be cancelled or altered due to inclement weather conditions or other factors, Nan Fung reserves the right to make rearrangements depending on the actual situation and reserves the right of final decision.
24. Nan Fung reserves the right to modify the structure and content of the Workshop at any time without prior notice, including any content of the NF Touch App or the website; the redemption/purchase method; these terms and conditions; other items; and termination of the Workshop. It is the responsibility of the Participant to keep themselves up-to-date in respect of any changes to the structure and content of the Workshop, including these terms and conditions. Whenever a Participant participates in the Workshop, he/she will be deemed to accept all relevant changes to the structure and content of the Workshop. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates will not be responsible/liable for any loss and/or damage resulting from changes to the structure and/or content, including any alteration and/or update of the terms and conditions.
25. Registration for purchase, use of e-tickets and participation in the Workshop will all be deemed to be the acceptance of all terms and conditions of the Workshop by the Member and the Participant. 
26. In case of any disputes, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision.
27. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
28. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of Hong Kong and all relevant parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

【 “Halloween Pumpkin Carving Workshop” (“Workshop”) E-Ticket Terms and Conditions*】

1. The NF Touch Member (“Member”) who holds this E-ticket can participate in the Workshop. This E-ticket is only usable on the above Date and before the end of the above period (“Designated Period”). The applicable date and time period of this E-ticket cannot be changed.
2. This E-ticket can only be used by the Member and can only be used once. The Member must arrive at the Workshop venue 15 minutes before the commencement of the Designated Period and present this E-ticket to complete the registration. 
3. The E-ticket can only be used during the Designated Period. Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited, any of its group companies and/or their respective agents (collectively, “Nan Fung”) shall not be liable for any loss of time due to the Member being late or for any other reason. Nan Fung and/or the organizer reserve the right to disqualify late Members from participating in the Workshop or any part thereof.
4. This E-ticket will be forfeited automatically upon use or expiry.  Printed copies or screen shots images will not be accepted.
5. The staff of Nan Fung may require Members to provide identification document(s) and/or other personal data (including but not limited to their name) for verification of their identities.  If a Member refuses to provide the requisite information, Nan Fung reserves the right to refuse entry. Before providing any personal data, all individuals must thoroughly read and accept the Personal Information Collection Statement and Privacy Policy of Nan Fung.
6. This E-ticket is invalid and not replaceable or refundable if lost or found defaced or damaged.
7. This E-ticket cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or traded for cash, other products, gifts or services for any reason (including the absence of the Member from the Workshop).
8. The Workshop and this E-ticket are subject to these terms and conditions, “Halloween Pumpkin Carving Workshop” Terms & Conditions (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/tnc), the NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/tnc) and any other terms and conditions prescribed by Nan Fung from time to time.
9. Nan Fung is entitled to deal with any E-tickets at its absolute discretion at any time without prior notice or compensation.  
10. Nan Fung reserves the right to void the E-tickets of any Member who is considered by Nan Fung as violating any law or any of the applicable terms and conditions or for any other reasons.
11. Use of this E-ticket or participation in the Workshop will all be deemed to be the acceptance of these terms and conditions by the Member. 
12. In case of dispute, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision on all related matters.
13. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
14. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of Hong Kong and all relevant parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
