YAKINIKU KAGURA, an authentic Japanese yakiniku restaurant specializing in premium Mirai beef from Hokkaido, which is cattle bred and raised in Mr. Haruyoshi Kashiwaba’s (owner of KAGURA) local farm in Oakleaf. The cattle are not only raised in special rearing facilities under strict guidelines, but also kept in a spacious and clean environment and fed with high-quality fodder. In result, the meat is well-balanced and finely marbled – not overly greasy but equally satisfying as wagyu beef.
